Storyworld planning involves taking a bird's eye view of everything in the storyworld and documenting - with the Whiteboard - in such a way that you anticipate Audience participation. Figure 10 shows an example for the Xbox 360 game Alan Wake.

This documentation gives us a good overview of the experience but there's a lot of story missing. For example, what happens in the first video episode? Or what do we learn from the blog posts? Hence, to dive deeper we need to use other tools - like those explained in the next section.
