Identifying audience members

In the example above, in order to update the player's health the API needs to tell Conducttr which Audience member it's referring to. This can be done with the following parameters:

  • audience_email
  • audience_phone (including international dial code e.g. 44 for UK, 1 for US)
  • audience_twitter (the Twitter handle without the @ symbol)
  • audience_facebook (the numeric Facebook ID, not the username)
  • audience_id (unique audience record ID for a given project)
  • audience_first_name
  • audience_last_name

For example, "audience_email=robert@tstoryteller.com&player_health=3" would cause Conducttr to look for an Audience record for robert@tstoryteller.com and update that Audience member's heath to 3.

If no Audience record is found then a POST with the audience id will create a new Audience record.
